Measure your users’ emotional responses to your experiences more accurately — and act on them more effectively.
WEVO’s new diagnostic scores are based on extensive research and testing of the best ways to diagnose and measure user experiences. We’re also releasing a new dashboard that helps you collaborate better, prioritizes findings, and surfaces clear insights at a glance. These updates are all part of our relentless commitment to make UX research effortless for everybody.
My Key Findings
Teams can now add their own insights, in addition to WEVO’s key findings, to the WEVO dashboard. My Key Findings offer a designated area for internal and agency experts to synthesize critical insights from the WEVO results. Teams can include new insights, ideas, recommendations, or next steps, making WEVO a single repository for your critical insights.
Upvoting
Team members can now give their most significant WEVO key findings a thumbs up to highlight those that are most meaningful and valuable, identify those that should be prioritized for action, and more easily address them with stakeholders.
The enhanced dashboard provides an overview and roadmap of your WEVO test results, making it easy for you to understand the test results at a glance and to dig into areas that are most applicable to your research.

WEVO’s diagnostics and proprietary scoring algorithms are smarter than ever. The new diagnostics reflect months of research and testing to make it easier for you to understand your visitors’ experience and what you can improve on your page. Diagnostic labels will be the same across both journeys and tests, making it easier for you and your stakeholders to understand results.
Diagnostics will now show the following:
First Impression
This new diagnostic is based on an initial emotion-based score that visitors provide immediately after seeing the journey or page, and before they are asked other test questions. This score has been highly correlated with test performance and has yielded high-quality, actionable feedback.
(Replaces Experience/Satisfaction.)
Engaging
This diagnostic measures the page or journey’s ability to capture and retain visitors’ attention and interest throughout the experience (Replaces Appeal/Inspiring).
Trusted
This diagnostic measures the level of trustworthiness, professionalism, and authenticity conveyed through the page or experience as well as the level of confidence visitors have that the brand will meet their expectations (Similar to Credible/Trusted).
Intuitive
This diagnostic measures visitors’ ability to understand the page or journey and find the information they are looking for, easily. (Similar to Clarity/Intuitive).
Valuable
This diagnostic measures the page or journey’s effectiveness in conveying the value of this product or service, and compelling visitors to take the next step (Replaces: Valuable /Relevance).
Note: Tests submitted on or after April 12th will include the new dashboard and be scored using the new diagnostics.

Question: How can I compare a new page test to an old test (prior to April 12th) of the same page?
Answer: Please contact your Customer Support Manager if you have a test that you would like to run using the current Journey Diagnostics or Page Drivers. We will run tests, if requested, on the existing platform until June 12, 2022.
Question: What criteria will be featured in the new diagnostics?
Answer: Diagnostics will now be based on five key criteria:
Question: What does First Impression test?
Answer: Visitors will see the entire experience or page before answering this question. It is aimed at getting their visceral and emotional reactions to the experience, before they have much time to rationalize their response.
Question: Can existing tests be rescored using new diagnostics?
Answer: The new diagnostics and scores are based on a new survey and updated algorithm. If you would like to see scoring with the new diagnostics, you can rerun that test any time after April 12, 2022.
